Join Susan Trier for gentle exercises which will strengthen your legs and hips to improve gait, tone and stabilize your deep center to improve balance, strengthen your back to reduce shoulder and arm pain, and also reduce the tension in your upper back and neck that comes with an increasingly forward leaning modern life. At the end of the class, Susan will devote time to improving your focus through various forms of meditation.
