Announcing our NEW Strength Training Class – Mondays @5PM
Thank you to everyone who responded to our recent fitness class survey. Based on your answers we have designed a new Strength Training class for our community to enjoy. This evening class will begin Monday, January 28 and occur every Monday at 5 PM. The drop-in rate for this 45 minute class is just $7.
Our new Strength Training class will be lead by Janelle Weidert, who also teaches our Tabata Training class. Strength Training is a full body workout designed to tone and sculpt muscle groups. We will employ a combination of exercises using body resistance and free weights to engage the core, build overall strength and make us sweat! The class will end with a relaxing cool down to stretch out and soothe hard-worked muscles.
