Experience how yoga can empower you during your pregnancy with certified prenatal yoga teacher and chiropractor Dr. Jane Brotski. Yoga can help reduce physical discomforts associated with pregnancy, build strength and flexibility, and relax the mind. Class will start with a brief discussion followed by a gentle yoga practice and guided relaxation. Common misconceptions about yoga during pregnancy will be covered. Jane will also offer pregnancy modifications that can be used while you attend “regular” yoga classes. You are welcome to attend in any stage of pregnancy and at any fitness level. No previous yoga experience necessary. This class is limited to women only.
