
Audrey began practicing yoga in 2006 when she was teaching kindergarten in Illinois. She enjoys the exploration of the mind-body-spirit connection in yoga and how yoga can be a tool for reintegration. In 2018 she completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Raja Hatha Yoga in Madison. Yin Yoga is a gentle relaxing yoga that help create flexibility and space in the body and mind.
When Audrey isn’t doing yoga, she enjoys walking in nature, kayaking, traveling, and volunteering in the community.
