I practice yoga to challenge my mind, my breath, and my body. Similar to the rise and fall throughout the day, throughout life, yoga gives me the space to practice breathing through inevitable changes and uncertainty. I am passionate about bringing elements of high intensity and playfulness as well as deep relaxation and meditation into my yoga classes. I find inspiration from the beat or lyrics in music and the sounds and movement in nature so my sequences will carry these themes throughout a class. It is truly and honor to provide the practice of yoga to others.
