Sue Anderson began her yoga practice as a response to pain but continues it out of curiosity, finding yoga offers an ever-changing mind body exercise encompassing every aspect of being. Every day, there’s something more to learn.
Sue completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program at Empower Yoga in Appleton, Wisconsin in 2016 and has been teaching ever since. While appreciating a fast, sweaty flow, her classes explore a gentler, accessible approach to yoga.
Outside of the studio, she has a bike-mad husband of many years, a wonderful teenage daughter, and a crew of cats & chickens fiercely guarded by her Havanese dog, Suki.
